We want you to love Famzyo. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original payment date, for any reason.

Free trials

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. We do not charge you during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be billed at all, so a refund is not needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at hello@famzyo.com with your order details and we’ll help you through the process.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take 3–10 business days to make the funds available again.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within Famzyo (Settings → Manage subscription) or via paddle.net. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
